
Apple Recipe
7 apples peeled and cut
1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon
½ a tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of oil
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce
Start by coating the cut and peeled apples in lemon juice
Cover in sugar and set aside for a couple of minutes
Heat oil to a medium high heat, check to see if it is ready by putting a wooden spoon and wait to see if there are bubbles.
Fry apples until golden brown
Put fried apples on top of a napkin to soak up extra oil
Coat fries in cinnamon and sugar until they are fully coated.
Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
